PAYMENTS

Credit cards will be automatically charged in advance of each shipment. Shipments are non-refundable. Please provide accurate contact information, including billing, shipping, email, telephone, and current credit card, for a seamless experience. If you choose to pick up your wine from the vineyard, you will have 45 days from the processing date to do so.

PICKING UP

You can pick up your allocation at your designated location during business hours—don't forget to enjoy your complimentary tastings while you're there! Please note that wine allocations need to be picked up within 60 days from the start date. While we strive to keep your original selection, we cannot guarantee the exact wines will be available during this period. If you'd prefer, you can always email the wine club team to switch your pick-up order to shipping. We also strongly encourage our wine club members to make reservations before visiting any of our locations.

SHIPPING

If you choose to ship your wine, please note that you will be responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping expenses. Once processed, no refunds can be issued. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for orders that were shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided on your account. We highly recommend double-checking your shipping details prior to card processing.

SHIPPING LOGISTICS:

  • Make sure your package is being delivered to an address with someone 21 or older available to sign.
  • Won't be home for the delivery time? We recommend sending your package to a UPS Access Point location for secure pickup. Email the Wine Club Team to assist you with updating your address to a UPS Access Point location.  wineclub@bcv.wine
  • UPS Access Point locations include CVS Pharmacy, Michaels and Advance Auto Parts stores.
  • Make sure you are signed up as a UPS My Choice customer if wanting your delivery to be a specific time frame or your package rerouted. UPS My Choice customers have the ability to schedule delivery and redirect packages to UPS Access Point locations. CLICK HERE to join.

CANCELLATIONS

We value your membership and look forward to continuing to share our wines with you. If you find that you must cancel, please submit your request at least 30 days prior to the Club processing dates. We'd love to have you stay and continue enjoying the exclusive benefits our club offers!
