A tasting at Barons Creek immerses you in the booming frontier of the Texas wine scene - with our wines at the forefront of quality and varietal expression.

This tasting guides you through 5 hand-selected wines and is accessible to wine lovers at the start of their journey, as well as to aficionados looking to sharpen their palate with our exclusive vintages.

Typical reservations can host up to 10 people. For larger groups, please email us at Tastings@BCV.wine for special arrangements. A 20% Automatic Gratuity is added to groups of 6 or more.

Unlike any other Texas winery, our Fredericksburg flagship offers world-class wines from a modern, expansive tasting room and courtyard, outfitted with lounging areas and with year round vineyard views. This is the only one of our multiple locations nestled among our estate vineyards. Our property also offers private villas available for reservation, for a one-of-a kind wine lover’s getaway.

The crown jewel of our winery amenities, our luxury villas are available exclusively at our Fredericksburg location.

At the heart of our winery is a passion for both exceptional wine and creating memorable experiences for wine lovers. There’s no better way to enjoy both than with a stay in our elegant, modern suites located on the grounds of our flagship property.

Our accommodations include 12 individually rooms—4 master suites and 8 standard rooms—spread across two villas. Each villa contains six private rooms, and each room features a king-size bed, a private entrance, and no shared interior spaces. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or booking multiple rooms for a group retreat, you’ll enjoy both comfort and privacy in a beautiful vineyard setting.
