(Wine Club Months each year: February,April,July, September, and November)

As a wine club member, you’re able to customize your wine club order each wine club release month. This is something you would need to do EACH club month if wanting to be charged for specific bottles of your choice during a wine club month. Please customize your wine club order BEFORE processing day. Our 2024 wine club processing days are listed for each of the 2024 club orders:

February- February 12, 2024
April- April15, 2024
July-July 8, 2024
September- September 9, 2024
November- November 4, 2024

STEP ONE: LOG IN to your Wine Club Member Account Online! If logging in for the first time, use the email address you used when joining the wine club and click on “Forgot your Password?”
to create a password.

STEP TWO: Once logged into your account, DOUBLE CHECK all of your Wine Club
Membership Account Information is UP-TO-DATE. Double check your physical/mailing address (the address that matches your credit card on your account) & double check your SHIPPING address. Also, double check your email address, phone number, credit card on file, and date of birth.

STEP THREE: CLICK on EDIT PENDING RELEASE once you’re in your “PENDING WINE CLUB ORDER/CLUB RELEASE ORDER” you can change the quantity digit to be the digit you want for each of the bottles you’re wanting to purchase. BE SURE TO change the quantity digit on bottles that were already preselected in the wine maker’s choice bottles/ default bottles in the club order IF you’re not wanting any of those bottles. (DO NOT CLICK ON SHOP NOW!)

STEP FOUR: Once changes have been made click the UPDATE ORDER button at the bottom of the wine list. Make sure you have the correct number of bottles you would like in your order by reviewing the bottles with the BOLD, RED discounted prices to check quantity and prices.

STEP FIVE: If everything looks good, click the CLOSE button to be taken back to your account overview. Scroll down to Order History and you will see your current order (bottles and quantities) for a final review.
