Join us for a flavorful journey through Spain featuring five Barons Creek Vineyards wines paired with classic Spanish-inspired bites.
Begin with Brut Cava alongside crispy pan con tomate, topped with fresh tomato and jamón serrano. Next, enjoy Rosé Cava paired with a traditional Spanish tortilla served with creamy garlic aioli.
The afternoon continues with Hippo and savory Spanish chorizo, followed by Campeón paired with aged Manchego cheese and sweet quince paste. We’ll finish on a delicious note with Sweet Dreams and warm churros served with rich chocolate for dipping.
