By joining the club:

• I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.
• I authorize Barons Creek Vineyards to automatically charge my credit card for each wine club allocation. Charges will include the cost of wine, applicable taxes, and shipping fees (where applicable).
• I understand that once my wine club order has been processed and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued. This includes orders that are returned, refused, undeliverable, or not picked up.
• I understand that the Membership commitment is considered fulfilled once I have received one wine club shipment in addition to the initial purchase made at the time of enrollment. If a member requests to cancel before completing the minimum membership commitment, one of the following options will apply: The member may remain active and receive one final wine club shipment of at least three (3) bottles, which will fulfill the membership commitment requirement. If the member chooses not to receive the additional shipment, any member discounts received on the initial enrollment purchase may be charged back to the original payment method.
• I am responsible for any shipping, return, and re-shipping costs.
• I must notify via email to wineclub@baronscreekvineyards.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled processing date if I would like to skip a shipment or at least thirty (30) days prior to the next schedules processing date if I would like to cancel.
